Production
New Cold srl produces industrial ice cream with the most modern machinery that ensure total health and consistency of its products.
Currently there are 4 production lines:
- a line for the production of truffles in packs of 2 or 4 pieces
- a line for the production of truffles and cups in catering packs of 8, 16
or 32 pieces
- a line for the production of cans of 500 ml and 1000 ml
- a line for the production of containers of 1000 ml, 2000 ml, 4200 ml, 4750 ml and sorbets in bottle.
The company has a production capacity either of more than 3000 liters of mixture per hour or of more than 6000 pcs/hour of truffles.
New Cold is able to ensure maximum speed in the service in full compliance and control of the cold chain.
As a matter of fact, it has 3 internal storage cells monitored 24h/24h and an external storage connected with its own carriers.
